Other Animal Art
Over the years, Sami has illustrated a range of animals whilst completing a Natural History Illustration degree. It was this passion for animals (of all shapes and sizes) that motivated her to pursue a career of illustration and writing children’s books.

As some of you may have already heard, the Queensland government has approved the management plan for the endangered Black-throated Finch.
Which unfortunately means it is most likely one step closer to its extinction.
So far this species has already lost 88% of its previous range, and with this newly approved plan, it is almost certain that it will continue to fall, as Adani’s plan will not provided the care or protection that is really needed to preserve its population.
In order to assure the Black-throated Finch’s survival, along with hundreds of other species within the area, we must stop the mining that is destroying it.
Tell your friends and family so that more people are aware of what is happening to our beautiful ecosystem.
